This product will be ordered from the Bilibili app. A standard amount of 82 PHP is charged by Bilibili for shipment, but if your order total in Bilibili exceeds 1,100 PHP, no shipping fee is applied, unless the item is excessively large.

To lessen the customer's expenses, we will compile orders for a week and then collectively make an order for those items. This will allow customers to share the shipping costs incurred by Bilibili, or even better, avail the free shipping.

The customer is responsible for paying the 82php delivery fee in the event that no other customers ordered any Bilibili items within the 1-week waiting period. If a customer does not meet the minimum purchase requirement for free delivery, the 82php delivery fee will be added to the total value of what they have purchased from Bilibili.

NOTE: This doesn't apply for manhua GOs from Bilibili.

• The product can be marked as sold out without any notice depending on its stock in China 
• Ninenaiimei has no control over the quality of the product. Once the item has arrived and the buyer is unsatisfied with the product, ninenaiimei will not be liable for it.
• The product is shipped through sea cargo shipping (NETA) but if the customer prefers a faster shipping option, air freight shipping can be requested (FETA) 
• The weight listed in the description is not the actual weight of the product. The item will be weighed once it arrives here in the Philippines for an accurate evaluation of the shipping cost.
